Work hands-on with enterprise finance teams to deploy Octopus AI in their environment. You'll connect customer data sources, configure AFI capabilities and workflows, and turn real finance problems into working solutions — acting as the bridge between customers and our product team.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical deployments with enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live
- Integrate Octopus AI with customer ERP, planning and data systems
- Configure workflows in the Workflow Builder around customer finance processes
- Bring customer feedback back to product and engineering
- Support finance Leaders and their teams as they adopt the platform
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering or technical consulting
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; TypeScript is a plus
- Experience with APIs, data integrations and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
- Background in finance, FP&A or fintech — an advantage
